I know Callie is gone but what happened to Arizona? I feel like she could have provided some emotional support to Alex and April.

Previews show her coming back Thursday and getting mad at Alex for beating up her roommate. Yes that is what Alex did, but you would think she would still support him after all they've done together
shareAlthough, Alex didn't help Arizona during the custody battle so it evens out in my mind. Arizona really needed help at that time, and Alex chose that moment to not pick sides even tho he'd never been as close to Callie as he had Arixona. And if I recall correctly, Delucca actually spoke up for Arizona during that hearing.
So maybe Alex wouldn't deserve the emotional support after all.

Arizona used to show Alex some tough love when she was mentoring him, so I think she will do it in this case too. That's one thing I really like about her is she was never shy about putting someone in their place professionally when it was called for, whether it was Bailey or Alex.

shareI was disappointed when Leah was fired because she wasn't surgeon material. Out of that class of interns, I thought she was the most likeable. And she didn't seem unqualified. Out of all the characters I thought Izzie seemed the least motivated to be a surgeon. She didn't have the drive to be a surgeon IMO.
