sharegod its scary how much i agree with all of this. the show needs to cut out people that bring in bad drama. i LOVE grey's anatomy drama but

they haven't made these characters complex or likeable. Steph has this cool backstory but she doesn't live up to it and neither does jo. and we knoe NOTHING about delucca. he's just there to ruin alex.
