I think what will happen is the intended MCU SM4 with Maguire/Garfield supposedly returning to hang with Holland in another multiverse adventure https://twitter.com/HollywoodHandle/status/1750297261500690638 will give way to the more grounded 'street level' standalone for '25 that Kevin Feige is championing (Holland SM with DD vs Kingpin or whatever) https://twitter.com/LachesisHD/status/1759655333553725903, and we'll be getting Raimi/Maguire SM4 in '26 https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GIRfdNDW4AEiQv8?format=jpg and a Garfield TASM3 in '27 https://assets.mycast.io/posters/the-amazing-spider-man-3-fan-casting-poster-284223-large.jpg

Each would break 1b at least. over another multiverse movie that would do about same.

Personally, I don't want a Spider-Man 4 after Raimi ruined the origin of Spider-Man with Sand Man as Uncle Ben's killer and also with the whole death of Uncle Ben being an accident.

Is it already clarified, if this is Raimi and not the producer? And imo the Sandman was the only working part for me in Spider-Man 3.

I don't think it's confirmed. I think it depends on the success of the MCU Spider-Man 4 movie.
