well actually if we talk about goofs, I've found a few:
1. In the scene where Darrel Kitzens was throwing balls at the kids, he hit a boy in blue with the second ball. The ball hit the boy, who collapsed, and rebounded off him to hit the girl in light purple... yet the girl didn't even budge.
2. When the third ball hit Gabe initially, he can be seen falling backwards, yet he appeared to be falling foward afterwards.
3. Before Rosemary went to Gabe's place, he had a haircut. But in the scene where he was saying "See you tomorrow" to Rosemary at the lift lobby, his hair is noticeably longer.
4. When they went around looking for the apartment, Rosemary's hands appear in different positions around Gabe's chest at different scooter scenes.
5. At the scene where Gabe was talking to the man by the street, I saw this guy in a blue singlet in the background who was also there the first time they passed tattoo heaven.
6. When Gabe was arguing with his mother, the camera was panning, and at a point of time, you can see one of the crew's reflection in the mirror.

Yeah, but when he falls off his scooter, he just got up quickly and started walking, leaving his scooter behind?
Maybe he realized he left it like 3 secnds later, ran back and got it.. or something..

yea that part was pretty wierd too. it seems like when he stood up he didn't pick up his scooter at all.

Well if you notice he does fall off but then when he gets up he's like let me just grab that or something like that, so he is going to pick up his scooter when it changes scenes to them at her house. He didn't just leave it there, also when he does go into her house it looks like you can see his scooter sitting outside her apartment in the hallway. I need to see it again, but I'm pretty sure it's out there!
