I'd be fine if there's violence but I don't think I will want to watch this movie if someone throws up... :/

Yes, yes they do. But its not that visual imo you should be fine I feel nauseated (or nausea?) when i see people throw up but didn't feel it at all in this movie.
Its a really nice film. I just watched it and its put me in a good mood.
My suggestion, watch it :)
