What kind of rube cant understand how awful this is?

I've no idea. I've been watching it for about half an hour and decided to look it up to see if it got better than a 3.0 on here. 6.2??!?! No idea what these people are smoking.

Well, if you've never seen a tongue in cheek take off of Indiana Jones involving a nerdy guy, a Buffy female to defend him, and a wholly predictable plot. The plot is a Hitchcockian "maguffin" I suppose, but that would mean we care about the characters which we don't.

As another OP says, if a fun movie to watch with the kids, and let's face it that is saying something considering the trash out there today.

Most viewers take for what it is..."Leverage" with magic. It's just entertainment.
