I have trouble running the game under Windows Vista. Can anyone help?

It runs fine under vista for me. Post your computer's specs and your version of vista. Try updating the game.

you could always try running as administrator or in xp compatibility mode

And why not check 'Disable visual themes' and 'Disable desktop composition' under the shortcut properties as some games tend to get glitchy because of the flashy Aero environment.
