The fact that you're in driving distance is quite interesting, Maybe you can be the star for my first snuff film. I would show you the true pain and suffering the human body can endure & there won't be any laughing retard behind the camera to protect you. In the case that you awaken with your hands & feet bound, in the back of a van traveling down a dark dirt road, realize yes,you have got the part!

Say's a guy who has Brokeback Mountain in his top 50 movies list, If you want a real film that shows you the true horror that a human can go thru than watch Grotesque or Martyr's, The thread wasn't meant for discussion you dickhead,unless your name is Fred

Unless you met Fred Vogel, you need to shut the F*c* up!
You don't know him, you don't know what he's been through, he gets enough $h!t like this from wanna be critics.

Fred Vogel is an independent film maker, he doesn't rely on anyone but himself.

If you don't like his films, then simply don't watch them, its that easy!

Make your own film, then talk about Fred Vogel.

If that means what I think it means & pairing that with his "work" I'd bet a fortune he has been profiled by the FBI and they probably have an eye on him, It's totally obvious what his real intentions are in life, torture porn & snuff, I don't see how he could not have killed someone in real life, it's like pedophilia they just can't help themselves

Damn KM, whats the issue here? You know that this movie isn't real, right? Noone got hurt in the filming of August Underground so the only thing that should bother you is sitting through such a crappy, repetitive film(in my opinion). I mean it was okay to experience once, but now there are a bunch of these wannabe snuff films floating around.

Just wondering because I know your a horror fanatic like me:P

Very very very rarely I will be watching a film and someone in it(two in this case) will aggravate me into a murderous psychopathic rage. Which was magnified by the laughing hyena dickhead camera guy. Definitely not because it's fake snuff, hell I could watch real snuff all day long without much empathy, hell if I had a license to kill someone would die every time I left the house, that guy just got under my skin with the immaturity of it all. I've seen some really brutal as hell films & some of them were a work of art(grotesque & martyrs come to mind). His stuff is just utter redundant crap.

Yeah movies like Grotesque and Martyrs aren't even in the same ballpark as this crap.

To me it was just boring and repetitive. Some would argue it was an original idea, but if people want to watch snuff they should visit gore sites. This is too long and has no story/plot so its just a mess. If they would've made it a short then it might have been better. Maybe..but I doubt it.

Lol at calling Grotesque and Martyrs "works of art". They're the same as August UNderground, except with better production values and subtitles.

At the end of the day though, they are saying the same thing. NOTHING.
