Does anyone know which episode it was where the killer was starving/torturing a dog in the garage? I ask because I am rewatching the series and want to be sure to skip that episode! That scene was so disturbing, and they never indicated the dog was rescued...

I don't like people who are so affected by hype and social influences...
I think people are so affected because it is the hype to be animal tolerant and animal rights activists...
People these days get more upset when they hear about animal negligence on the net over people getting shot...
