During the time out of mind episode, Joe is at work talking to Allison on the phone, whiteboard marker in hand. He doesn't know where she is, but she is walking over a bridge. While talking, Joe doodles a simple picture of a woman on a bridge. It made me smile.

I had to go back and rewatch that part of the episode and I have to agree, it is quite a good visual joke. Though I think what he drew was actually the Venus symbol - a circle with a cross. The fact that he put a question mark inside it was what made me smile.
Plus it's almost as though Joe is exhibiting his own brand of insight that Allison and the girls possess, which is a nice thing on its own considering how in one episode in a later season I remember him saying he felt kind of left out that everyone in the family had the ability except for him.
