I agree with everything you said. Regarding Cuddy, I share this opinion since 31st of October 2006 as I saw for the very first time that she sent her handyman Alfredo as he was in the midst of an asthma attack, back onto her roof in the season 2 episode Humpty Dumpty.

I don't watch the new show but i have seen her in guest appearances on other shows and she has the same limited acting range with drama that she did in House.

Well, we're supposed to root for him because the guy's a medical genius and saves lives 99.9% of the time. Plus, he suffered from an infarction in his leg and has to deal with pain on a daily basis (though, I believe this can be debated had House amputated instead of just cutting out the dead muscle).
As for the original topic: I didn't mind Cuddy in the first six seasons. I despised her after she and House became an item. At that point, I was really hoping Cuddy would go. The eighth season was better when she left the series.
I liked her till season 4 that’s the last season I liked Cuddy. After she got like incredibly obsessed to have a baby she became insufferable.
