Stronger Brit audience for this movie...

At least judging from some of the comments on here.

Viewers from the UK seem to deem this movie as an "entertaining thriller".

Maybe the next time HollyW does a sub-par thriller they can ship it over there first. They seem warmer to this kind of flick.

I have to agree, I'm a Brit and I did kinda like it.

I mean it is bad, obviously. There are huge errors, and some of the stuff is fast paced enough to leave you unsure if it's deliberately wrong, or just a screw up, or whatever.

I think the film puts more meant to focus on his character's mental state and his relationships with people than the actual story, which is why it's frustrating.

Like we see when Sarah jokes he shouldn't propose to her again because she's a lesbian and he's a commitment-phobe, it shows the characters and their relationship really well. If the film had done more set-up, and established the characters before this introducing the main story and that kicked off, I think it could have been done way better.

I was left feeling like this would be awesome if it had gone through another editing round and had more input from someone like John Connolly. Bad film, but I did enjoy it. The acting is cheesy, and the killer was just hilarious, but I didn't mind the fact I watched it.
