Drastic Hairstyle Change at 30minutes

30mins into the movie, while walking down the stairs and then through the parking lot, what is with the complete change in hairstyle? It's like the scene was shot weeks apart, the second act being fresh from the barbers and the first act being 7 weeks later with long growth. WTF??

Whoever did continuity and editing on this was either under horrible pressure or ought to be drummed from the industry. OK, here's another one: in some scenes, Pacino looked like Iago from OTHELLO, others pale. I am laughing right now, because I remember that I was unable to stop looking at Pacino's hair.
