WTF movie?!

OK I saw some of this like 3 in the morning. I didn't see the whole thing just sort of went in and out of it. Cause it was kind of boring. Anyway a few things in the scenes I did watch really bothered me.

Scene, they are in Pacino's apartment. The crazy stalking boyfriend comes he gets shot. (Why did the killer shoot him, I don't know I guess it is explained in the rest of the film). But the killer wants to kill Pacino in '88' mins, so why are you shooting at him now. Unless you are not. You are such a good shot that you will take several shot at him and try to gas him. And then rig a bomb in a car. What if he accidently dies, before the 88 minutes?! Anyway I will just assume the the killer was so dam smart that he planned the whole thing ( I don't know how but will just assume that).

But the thing that really bothered me, Pacino has his freaking gun out for protection. You are in a fire drill with other members of the complex. Put the dam gun in your pocket. Why are you holding a gun trying to get out of the building. Put it away. If you are paranoid about the killer, then it is OK. Unless your suit jacket is made out Kevlar, you can shoot the gun from in your pocket. Why the hell do you have it out in public like that. I am not even sure if you are a cop. Only reason I can think of having that is so you can have a stupid crowd panic scene. Which serves no purpose at all to the story.

Then as you leave the scene you put the gun in gun holder you already had on. Nice. Whatever. But then you pay a cabi hundred dollars to drive his cab. He is a freaking proffesional who probably knows the city better than you. But whatever. I don't care. But don't have a freaking conversation about the dam case or someone getting killed, when there is a complete stranger sitting right behind you. Thank God you told him to leave, when you actually explained why these two strangers are actually talking about murders and such.

But that is all just nitpicking I guess. But here is a further nitpick. If you are a FBI agent. Don't let this doucebag just willy nilly pick up evidence from a freaking crime scene. He destroys the cell phone, and then puts his finger prints all over the tap recorder. I am sure you will be fine in courts since you have two damaged witnesses right there. But you are an FBI agent, what the hell are you doing?!

Whatever, this movie wasn't worth being up that late.
