LOL 'why did she record that message??'

in the beginning after the first student died and the killer taped a video message.......basically forcing her to say he made up evidence to frame the guy in prison............the student says "ok i read your message, let me go" something like that and the stupid FBI goes "why would she say that!?!?!!?" as if it's evidence that al pacino put the guy in jail as a vendetta.....

That's a complaint I posted about this movie (among the many other complaints that people have posted). I believe the quote FBI Agent Guber asks is "Why is she saying that Dr. Gramm?" If I might make a guess, I'd she is saying that because she is being tortured to death. Yes, that could have been written a lot better.

I'd say he said, "Why is she saying that Dr. Gramm?" because he wants to know whether the allegations against Dr. Gramm are true.
