2) was kim in on this..even a little? it seemed through out the movie she was dropping hints that she was part of it. when she got kidnapped by lauren/lydia i was so confused cuz it seemed so much that kim was part of it.

2) There is no evidence in the movie to support that. Kim did however have a crush on Gramm, therefore you might have confused certain hints of acompliceness (is that a word?) with affection, or grief for him not being interested.
3) The deal is, it happened at the office, with the restricted room open. I imagine Lauren drugged her or something, to have time to get to the tape.
