Crediting stupidity
Why does Jodelle Ferland have credits for voicing the four doll characters? That's freaking absurd.
We're all in it together.

In the movie, the doll heads began to take a life of their own, speaking when she's not moving her lips. This makes them separate characters, and thus crediting young Jodelle with voicing them is quite appropriate, even if redundant.
shareTo Jeliza they were real friends, and she treated them as if they were real. On the DVD, the director says that the movie is told from a child's point of view. Often children will give life to their toys, or even to nothingness, as in an imaginary friend. However in their heads, those friends can be just as real as anyone else. And in the case of the movie the characters of her dolls, were very important in the sense that they were her only friends, and also helped her express things she may not have been able to admit she was feeling. So the actress who played Jeliza also provided the voices of the other characters so it seems right she should be credited as those characters as well.
shareAs well as what the others have said, bear in mind that at a couple of points, the doll heads acted as independent characters (if only in fantasy) and not just doll-heads-on-her-fingers. Likely there are union rules that say credits are required.
