You are kidding, aren't you? Do you know how hard it is for someone to maintain abs like that? Besides, he has back problems from all the work he did to look that way for 300. Give him a break and a chance at a normal body again.
shareGerard will be the first to admit he doesn't like to work out. He busted his butt to look like King Leonidas. He recently said in an interview that he got back into shape for the movie "Game" which will be released after "RocknRolla".

I heard that the abs were also part airbrushing. There is this one scene in 300 where all the men are standing around and it literally looked like a painting to me. I'm sure most of it was really him, but I don't doubt the special effects either.

Psssh, the abs. I love the accent! But I did wonder if he'd gained a few pounds and stopped working out as hard. He seemed kind of chubby to me. But, he's still gorgeous no matter what!
