Deleted scenes were really cool!

I love this movie and owning the original DVD now I just rewatched it. Afterwards I also decided watching the deleted scenes. Apparently there were a lot of scenes where Nim interacts with her imaginary friends Huckleberry Finn and Alice from Alice in Wonderland and even has an imaginary enemy, some kind of pirate captain whose name escapes me now. If these scenes were included it would have been a better movie. If Alexandra interacts with her own creation Alex Rover, having Nim interact with her imginary friends and enemy makes the two girls very alike in imagination. That would even strengthen their bound.

There are also deleted scenes of Alexandra interacting with her assistant Russell. They were good too but were less of an aid than the imginary friends of Nim.
And than there was a deleted scene where an imaginary whale swallows Alexandra when Nim is about to rescue her. That one really should have been in there.

One day I will edit the movie and put the deleted scenes in there hopefully at the right places and see if the movie even gets better that way.
