the aussie boy

I thought there was a nice connection between the boy from the cruise ship and Nim. I was kind of hoping that at the end of the film, they would show Nim all grown up and the aussie boy (grown up too) coming to find her. Cue violins. Ah, me...I'm just a romantic at heart.

LOL. That would have been weird. But I liked the character of the boy. The scene where they met was very interesting.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought that. Personally I think that Edmund might have had a little crush on Nim.

haha i was thinking that too! as soon as i saw them interacting i thought.. 15 years later... he could be an adventurer. Maybe he searches the island for a long time lol..

lmfao lame but whatever.

That could be a nice story for a second movie... Nim's Island 2.

I thought the same thing...after their scene it made me want to write a story about that...a boy who met a strange girl on an island...and growing up he never forgot her, and then decides to search for her again...it was definitely cute.

You keep a stun gun in the birdhouse? Whats under the garden gnome, an M80?

I was just watching Nim's Island with my daughter and husband today and thought the exact same thing. I wonder if they would make a sequel to it. Eventually Nim would grow up and there aren't any other people on the island...

It's a nice idea...

It's like looking into an obnoxious little mirror, isn't it?
