I was watching someone read this in class but I wish I'd asked what it was now. Seemed interesting enough.
It seemed to be about a bunch of adult people in a prison of sorts and they had or some of them had symbols of playing cards on their collars behind their necks and the characters are killing each other or slowly going crazy and being forced through this?

Not it. The manga seemed to take place in the 'real world' with no fantasy elements. Do chinese do mangas because it was a chinese dude reading it.

Only three manga I know that take place in prisons are Deadman Wonderland, Prison School, and Life is Money. Last one might be what you're looking for.

It had some sort of play card theme to it. One dude had like Ace of Spades tattooed on his collar or neck along with others. Weird thing.
I remember one of the panels being this big dude beating on this little guy. Little guy goes insane at the end and kills the big dude in front of all the others.

Attack on Titan just isn't for me. I tried yo get ibto it because everyone's obsessed with it like what manga series has it completely socially acceptable to cosplay it in public. At least where I'm from, I've seen people just go about there everyday life dressed in those capes. But yeah, I tried really hard but I couldn't do it :( I'm,just not that vocal about not liking it

I honestly think AOT is awesome. Overrated? I mostly got into it because I thought the opening was badass lol and I wanted to see a anime with gore in it. But the story and characters have me intrigued now as to where it's gonna go. It's gonna end in like 3 years anyway so there's that. Second Season for the anime is meant to start next year. I like it, not the best pacing though. That political story arc in the manga had me bored to tears.
Recently watched both Fullmetal Alchemist Series and read the manga. I thought that was absolutely amazingly awesome and beautiful.
