Naruto Shippuuden! Episode 414 aka Fillers Ended

I thought the episode was pretty good... it's weird that this has been over for a bit yet the anime racing to finish up.
First of all, the filler arc was being worked on since October. The studios had no idea when the manga would actually end and they seem to always do a series of fillers during the beginning of a new year so making fillers at that point was to be expected and cancelling them would be pointless since it'd cost money obviously.
That and half the team probably was also busy or still is busy working on the Boruto Movie, so getting them to do Canon material would be out of the question.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure we'll see a filler arc again but probably after they finish the actual manga adaptations and then do a series of filler to bridge it to the events of Naruto Gaiden.
I'm personally hoping they do anime versions of those novels that are being released since they're canon.
