Can some one tell me in which order should I watch the movies and the show. And are the fillers any good?
shareIn terms of film, THE LAST and BORUTO THE MOVIE are the only canonical sources, and they occur after the main storyline (mind you, NARUTO SHIPPUDEN has not finished yet). The other films, like most of the DBZ films, don't fit in the timeline.
Some fillers are good, a lot more are not.

NARUTO Manga Part 1 Chapter 1-238 (The NARUTO Anime covers this Episodes 1-100, 107-135, with 220 having elements of the chapter 238)
Chapters 239-244 is a storyline set before the events of the series, rather important (this would animated as NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Episodes 119-120).
NARUTO Manga Part 2 Chapter 245-699 (adapted as NARUTO SHIPPUDEN)

Here's the best I could do.
MOVIE 1: CLASH IN THE LAND OF SNOW would probably be set after 100 but before 102.
MOVIE 2: LEGEND OF THE STONE OF GELEL and MOVIE 3: GUARDIANS OF THE MOON CRESCENT KINGDOM could be set anywhere in that filler area of episodes 142 to 215
MOVIE 4: THE MOVIE seems to be set before chapter 282/SHIPPUDEN Anime Episode 33
MOVIE 5: BONDS and MOVIE 6: WILL OF FIRE (after) are set before Chapter 343/SHIP 113 (although the latter film requires Naruto to be in fine condition, which contradicts what happens in the actual continuity).
MOVIE 7: THE LOST TOWER seems to be set after chapter 406/SHIP 153 although continuity is problematic because of a priority action followed by a change in location, rendering the film's mission impossible.
MOVIE 8: BLOOD PRISON seems to be set after chapter 489/SHIP 219 although continuity is problematic because of the present situation as well as having Naruto acquainted with someone he is not supposed to meet yet.
MOVIE 9: ROAD TO NINJA is set after the revelations of chapter 504/SHIP 249 but is problematic because of Naruto's location. At any rate, before seeing this movie, I would suggest reading the PRELUDE TO ROAD TO NINJA manga one-shot or the SHIPPUDEN Anime adaptation Episode 311.
MOVIE 10: THE LAST is set after Chapter 699 (not animated yet)
MOVIE 11: BORUTO is set after the NARUTO GAIDEN: THE SEVENTH HOKAGE AND SCARLET SPRING (not animated yet)
