Just enjoy
Movies are first and foremost to be enjoyed. Not to be compared or picked apart. Relax... enjoy life and a movie.
I just watched this on TBS and now I'm off to Amazon to buy a copy for myself.

I totally agree with you. Sweet, lovely movie and Queen Latifah is fabulous in it. I don't care what anyone says about her acting, she entertains me and that's all that matters. In fact, i happen to think she's a good actress, for the roles she choose to act in. Who knows how well she'd do in an real drama, but she certainly does well in comedic roles. More power to her for knowing where she fits, as an actress.
I also like the guy who played her boyfriend. Handsome, sexy, good actor.
Life is a journey not a destination. Fear nothing.
