Ok. So I watched it over and over again. And IMDB and even the movie in the credits say that Gwen sang Cool and Rich Girl in the movie.
I heard Rich Girl. But I NEVER heard Cool. EVER!!!! Anyone know why??

I guess "Cool" was originally going to be used in the movie, but was then replaced by another song that may have fit a scene more appropriately. This exact same situation happened in Beverly Hills Cop. The song played during the semi chase was "Neutron Dance" by the Pointer Sisters, but originally the song "New Attitude" by Patty Labelle was supposed to have been used, yet it was credited.
Another theory is the song was used in a deleted scene.

When her kid neighbor gets out of his friends car, with spinners nonetheless, "Cool" is playing on their stereo in the car!!
