What I didn't get was....(spoilers)


All through the movie, the premise is that the little girl was never seen by anybody. But at the very end, you hear the brat from the row ahead say "I told you I saw a little girl". That blew the whole premise for me. And I like this movie!

So the genius masterminds behind the entire plan decided that it's worth the risk of EVERYONE not seeing the kid, and even if someone did, they would decide to play 'hide the truth' from everyone when questioned?

I can see why it won Movie of the Century.

In my opinion they threw that line in there because it was showing how adults don't listen to children. I'm sure a bunch of kids saw that girl and told their parents but they wouldn't listen.
