Does anyone know why this show is rated TV-MA? I have only watched three episodes, but other than a few swear words, there hasn't really been any adult content. I'm confused as to why on earth this show would have gotten a TV-MA rating.
shareOffhand I'd think the key lies in the phrase "may be unsuitable." Sensibilities and concerns vary. That's all I can come up with that even remotely makes sense as far as the rating goes.
shareInjuries of all sorts, people having knives held to their throats, people being stabbed, shotguns discharging, carotid arteries gushing blood across the room and drenching a woman in a wedding dress with gore -- things like this can be upsetting to the kindergarten set. The ratings folks will impose restrictions if there's even a remote chance of someone not being warned of content that could be objectionable.
