That is a very broad question. There are hundreds. Do you mean similar in quality but also genre, story, etc? If you haven't seen The Town, I suggest you see it. The characters are also from Boston and it's a crime drama and you can tell Ben Affleck was heavily inspired by The Departed and Heat. The Departed is better, but The Town is still a really entertaining and well made movie.

Dude... Watch the original! Called Infernal Affairs, especially the first one. The Departed is a remake of all the 3 Infernal Affairs movies.
