Isn't the penis inside an inside-out penis?
From my understanding of male-to-female sex reassignment surgery, the skin of the penis is turned inside out to form the vagina. Doesn't that mean that when a guy has intercourse with a transwoman, his penis is inside an inside-out penis? The shaft of his penis is in full skin-to-skin contact with the former penis of his partner. Wow... I can't think of any way two penises can be in closer contact. Two gay men can't do anything even remotely close to this.
