They entirely changed the ghost of Christmas Future from the large, black, robed figure described in the book to this stupid old lady wearing a tattered white cloak! And why did they make the Ghost of Christmas Past a woman? In the book, that ghost was a child of indeterminate gender!

I saw this at Madison Square garden before it went off and in it -

1) Christmas paast was a man

2) Future ghost was a woman and the costume in the movie was very similar to the one in the show except it was red instead of white.
