I think this show is definetley something that would be awesome if it was on stage. I wish the director would consider putting this on stage with Jesse L. Martin, Geraldine Chaplin, and Kelsey Grammer reprising their rolls. Anyone agree with me? Oh, what's everyone's favorite musical numbers in this show, by the way? Mine are "Fezziwig's Annual Christmas Ball", "Link By Link", and "Christmas Together".

This film musical is based on a stage version that ran successfully at Christmastime in NYC for many years. Tim Curry was Scrooge one year. I am sure an album of the stage version is available.

Did it have the same songs as the one with Kelsey Grammer?

yes it does. although not all of them. it is on amazon.com if you are interested
