The 1984 TV Movie version, starring George C. Scott. The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come in that is scary as hell.

My wife and i are rewatching this version now and we both just commented that the Marley haunting in this one is by far the scariest.

This one is the scariest by far, but then maybe you're not referring to the acting, singing, direction and production values?

1984 George C Scott version is the scariest I have seen.
