the only thing i didn't like was the kids were so annoying, but i guess that was good acting lol, cause they annoyed like no other.

But other than that, this was pretty good, i will def. say on par with Jumanji, i think people need to realize these are two totally different adventures. It made sense for Jumanji to take place outside the house, with Zathura it was good.

I agree, and I only saw part of it, while I was being distracted by something else.

What struck me (while I was actually paying attention) was the real sense of terrible *danger* -- both physical and *spiritual* -- it managed to get across at times. I mean at times it really seemed that the gamers were playing for higher stakes than their mere lives -- that souls as well as lives and limbs were at stake.
