Sure, this movie is no masterpiece but I thought it would be rated a bit higher. I can't see how people can label this as "boring". It's got a good story, good acting by the kids and great action and special effects. I like it better than "Jumanji".

It's like Jumanji, with better FX, worse acting and two REALLY ANNOYING KIDS!!!!
Seriously, I had to fast-forward the parts where they were bickering, 'cos it made me want to kick my TV screen in.
I'm not objecting to kids in movies, just don't make them as annoying as they are in real life! We watch movies to escape!

6.2 isn't that bad. My favorite childhood movie the pagemaster gets a 5/10 on imdb.
