No it was definitely her acting. She went through a lot of intense physical and mental training to remain stiff like that even when they were lifting her.
The funny thing is that here's a big rumor going around that she actually relied on some elicit medications that tensed up her muscles. But no one can prove it because it was 10 years ago. Google it!

Kristen Stewart admitted she was disturbed to see the life-size replica made of her for the scenes where Lisa is frozen. This is the first of two life size replicas of Kristen Stewart, the second will appear later in the Twilight saga breaking dawn part 1. Which she slapped in the face while taking a photo with it.

The director is a sick fellow.
