just got home...wow.

woody harrelson is so good in this film its astonishing. moore plays the same character arch as always, but damn is she good. the children are solid and the film has immpecible set and costume design. i really felt like i was in the 50s, the most i have since seeing THE IRON GIANT.

the movie works really well, its funny touching, and harrelson has never been half as good.

Hi. I was just wondering..during the summer I played a non-speaking role in the film as the part of 11-13 yr. old Betsy. I have red hair, with short banges, and I wore black glasses, blue checkered shirt and pants in the scene where a girl leaves home. I was also in another scene where Mike left home as well, I was in the back braiding a girls hair and wore a dress, with my hair tied back. I just wanted to know if they cut my part or if I was still in it.

those scenes are both in the closing montage...but the shots are a series of crossfades, so i dont know if anyone except maybe you will be able to tell who it is.

Yeah, and i got to meet Woody, their both sooo nice Julianne posed for a picture with me, and talked to me a lot, woody came on to the set and gave all of us (the extras) high fives, and joked around a lot

No this was my first movie, My sister got an agent and they called us saying they needed a red head with bangs, and my sister was supposed to go but she was going on a trip at the time of the screening so I got very lucky!

Hey, another question wondering if I got cut. I'm in the band during the scene where Woody sings at the church social... recall that one? It wasn't very long, I suspect it will be part of a montage.
