I think again she is going to reach the red carpet this year but lose out ,probably,to gweneth or joan or charlize or even kate winslet.

That's just life, you can't please all of the people all of the time.
But those who did like the film, would appear to out number those who didn't. Evelyn's story was neither fantasy or hype - something that a few critics can't get seem to get their heads around. It was real life. It's a good job that Evelyn Ryan rose above cynicism and gave life all she'd got - she'd not have got very far if she had been a doubting Thomas and pessimist, like so many people are. And Julianne Moore deserves recognition for her accurate portrayal of such an incredible woman.
