I know exactly where they are filming. They are filming in a town called Richmond Hill Ontario. They are using my friend's house this summer. I hope I get the chance to meet Julianne Moore..one of my fave actresses in the world.

shareYesterday the company was in Paris Ontario filming scenes. Julianne Moore was in town, but Woody Harrelson, who is supposedly playing her husband, was still in California. I've always been fascinated with how much work is involved in making movies and how many people are involved in the productions. It was great fun to have a front row seat. Although I wasn't able to meet her, I understand that Julianne Moore was very cordial to the crowds and signed autographs and posed for pictures.
shareI was able to catch a few hours of filming while the cast and crew were in Paris Ontario. It was quite fascinating to see how they transformed our small town into a town from the 60's. I have never seen a movie made before, and I have a greater appreciation for the amount of work that is involved. I hope to see more films produced in town. I can't wait to see the finished product in theatres and eventually purchase the DVD. G.R.
They actually filmed part of the movie at the end of my street. I was unfortunetly away for the few days they filmed there but the scene with the gas station (if it wasn't cut)(I think it was a gas station, maybe a garage) is at the end of my street!

I was born in Defiance, OH (sucks)in the 60's, can't stand most Julianne Moore movies and I avoid anyone with an Ontario license plate like the plague. Can't wait to see it :)

It was filmed next door to me and I got Woody's autograph...but Julianne moore told me to *beep* off...I hate her...Apparently a scene from the movie is on my lawn but i havent seen the film yet...
