Looks like they stopped keeping up with the site. Most of the links are no longer clickable, especially the ones you'd want to see, like the list of photo galleries. Naturally, the 'store' where you can buy things like a case of Prize Winner buttons for $99.99, is working fine. LOL

The domain is available so I guess whoever was running it let it lapse.
