That Hollywood just likes sequels and remakes and reboots and never wants to Do anything original. Yet somehow this incomprehensible disgusting mess got made. It boggles the mind. How did this get made!?

politics played a big role. There is a reason things like this get made in Hollywood. And politics is one of the big reasons.
