Talented Teens/Dumb Movie

Can't hardly sit thru the movie because of the odiously bad jokes and overall unbearable cheesiness (A joker/jester type sidekick for the villain? Come on.), but I also always want to sit thru it because these kids are good! Danielle Panabaker as Layla, Steven Strait as Warren Peace, even the main guy. These kids have talent!

After watching this i just want to take the characters and rewrite the script, it's pretty dire.

I personally thought it was one of the better family movies that I enjoyed. Compared to the recent "Tooth Fairy", this is "Citizen Kane".
