Am I the only one who wants to see the live action footage?

I know that this is an animated film. I enjoy the film as it is, as I think its the only way it could have been done (short of David Cronenberg directing it and he use practical effects and such). But after watching the making-of recently, it's got me thinking about what the live action footage alone looks like. Yes, I know in some scenes that are live action have some alternation (like the scenes with the scramble suits and covering up some noticeable errors, such as Robert Downey Jr.'s Post-It Notes and such), but I wonder what the normal footage looks like and would like to sit through it to see how different it truly is from the final product.

Am I the only one who wants to see the live action footage?

But this one's eating my popcorn!

nope. every time i watch this movie, i wonder what it looks like without the animation.

I'd love to see the non-rotoscoped version ... despite the virtues of the finished film, I think it would be equally compelling as a low budget, grimy, live-action picture

Actually, I just read in the trivia that Robert Downey jr. wrote his lines down on post-it notes and scattered them throughout the set. The animators just drew over them. That may be one reason a live-action was never released.

Maybe the post-it notes would just add to how tripped out the characters were though lol.
