sharefor like 30 seconds i was like "yaaaa". i hated the 3rd xmen, i thot it was rather poor compared 2 the other 2.. until i found out that the writer or special effects person (cant remember hoo exactly) for the first 2 had left 2 do superman takin with him most of his crew... go figure. aaaanyways, i was entirely excited b/c i was REALLI dissapointed that gambit was not in the 3rd xmen movie, no instead they put the Angel character (i swear the 12 seconds of screen time and 5 lines made him look and sound extremely gay...was it just me?) and the stupid kitty. but im not here 2 rant about that.
anyways, i thot they wood do a movie entirely about gambit and was happi...until i read the summary. i was life wtf. lol

Yup I thought it was X-men related! I came in through Colin's page though and was so confused trying to figure out what he would be doing in an X-men related film. And when I saw Kingsley I thought for sure it was real. But unfortunatley not!
I heard they where making a Gambit movie so I did a search this one seamed the most likely then I read the description and realized it wasn't.

shareHaha, wow. I really dont think they were trying to piss off any of you comic book fans. Gambit is a remake of a heist movie called Gambit from the 60's starring Michael Caine. Watched it on AMC the other day and it was actually very enjoyable.
