Better than the book
One of the few movies that's better than the source material mainly because of the ending.
The books ending ends with the mother's confronting Ronnie in the park and really doesn't have much of a resolution
While I occasionally like films and books without clear cut resolutions I prefer the movies clear cut ending with Ronnie castrating himself better.
