What an outstanding performance by Eugene Hutz in this movie. Strong and assured comedic delivery, solid grip on the character, and well nuanced. Hopefully he will keep up his acting career!

He completely made the movie. He's awesome. I recently became a fan of Gogol Bordello.

Too crazy for boys town. Too much of a boy for crazy town!

agreed about him making the movie, I kept waiting for him to come back on screen whenever he wasn't.

i didn't know Alex was Eugene Hutz until a long time after I saw it. but I was always impressed with his facial expressions for some reason. they always seemed very appropriate. not a 'monotone' face, I suppose.

I completely agree. I liked this movie as a whole, but his performance was definitely the best part. I couldn't stop laughing at the "and what about the sausage?" part.
