I'm re-reading the books and can't help but want a "where are they now", reading "the summer of you and me" just seemed awful writing compared to what I enjoyed of the pants series. Has anyone heard if a fifth book might be considered written?
shareI'm actually, as we speak, reading the Ann Brashares book 3 willows - the sisterhood grows, about three younger Bethesda girls. It's like a spin-off, nowhere near as good as the traveling pants books, but at least you get to read a little about Carma, Tibs, Bee and Len again.
I'd love to read a whole new pants book, though, featuring our girls in their 20s.

Yeah, I hated The Summer of You and Me. It was so melodramatic and just weird and seemed like it was trying too hard.
I would read more books about the Sisterhood if they came out - for now I just stick to rereading the old books.
