definitely looks like Blake. we can rule America out; Amber's hips are much wider; Alexis was as thin as Blake but has wider hips also; so thta leaves Blake, who does indeed have a flat bum and was the slimmest, plus that skin tone looks like her's.

not sure about the tattoo though sorry.

I really doubt any of them posed for that picture. It was probably a random model. As for the tattoo, I have no idea.

It's probably a model. But maybe not, Blake Lively wears a top that same blue colour so it could be her.
