That exchange was in the sequel. I remember it perfectly:
Tibby's working at the video shop, and this couple (Adrienne Bailon from the Cheetah Girls movies, and her boyfriend) comes in, and she asks for a romantic movie suggestion. Tibby's response is "Well...I would really recommend Texas Chainsaw Massacre...*whispering*...the remake!"
Priceless. It's gotta be the delivery of that line - makes me smile every time :)
