Why was the Brian kid grinding on the Dragon's Lair video game?

When Tibby and the kid with leukemia (forgot her name) first interviewed him he kept doing these odd body rolls against the machine.

It's on tv right now and I haven't seen it since 2005. I didn't remember this at all lol! Guess he realllly loves the game.

Ya! I am watching it again and at first I thought ( hoped actually!) he was listening to music. But no. Then I'm thinking there may be a little music coming from the game and he's dancing. Not sure of that either but it sure looks weird!!!
