I preferred the Cascades skating rink from ATL as far as environment but the ACTUAL SKATING perfomed was far superior in Roll bounce in my opinion.
I own both DVD'S and I like both films but Roll Bounce is a slightly better film overall to me.
Roll Bounce certainly caught me by surprise, this movie was out a while before I gave it a chance. Bow Wow's perfromance in this film was certainly a very pleasant surprise.
I think one of the disadvantages Roll Bounce has when being compared to ATL's skating quality is because it's much more of a skating focused film with a wider range of skill levels.
So yeah, if we're comparing the skill levels of all the skaters, hands down ATL although Sweetness and Xavier with their crews could give the best ATL skaters a run for their money.
They both were pretty good, but you have to remember that Roll bounce was set for the 70's. I like the skating scenes about the same in both, i have not really watched ATL in its entirety, but that movie was not that much about skating, roll bounce was.
New line for 2009? Get over it!
Evertime ATL is on the tv, they somehow aren't in the skating rink when I switch to it! And I LOVE Roll Bounce so that's my choice

These people much don't know how to skate because there's no contest who the best performance in skilled and that's Roll Bounce movie.
